Frederic Landry
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Frederic is known as a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and extensive knowledge in process management. He has multiple start-up ventures under his belt, and he brings to the table over 20 years of experience in product development, information technology management, and operations management.
This experience is combined with a competitive spirit, trialed and tested in business as in sport, as an ex-international level judo athlete.

Scott McGrail
Founder & Chief Operations Officer
Scott is a driven and positively energetic leader with a passion for fostering work environments of growth, development and performance. Over the last 15 years, he has empowered functionally and culturally diverse groups by fostering collaborative teams and the technologies that support them. This marriage of hard and soft skills has provided him the added opportunity to coach, mentor and support cross functional teams reach their full potential.
Having spent many years of his life in competitive team and individual sports, he has learned about both collaboration, and perseverance. Scott is an avid cyclist and skier, albeit equally happy to canoe or hike though the wilderness.

Daniel Cristo
Director of Validation and Compliance
Dan is known as an open-minded leader and committed team player who fosters a collaborative environment, values diverse perspectives and ideas, and ensures that the team thrives at their fullest potential. Over the past decade, Dan has led validation projects, introduced innovative test designs, and engaged in quality assurance initiatives. He has driven process improvements and innovation in the field by fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Dan's passion for music, combined with his love for sports like tennis and mountain biking, has cultivated a diverse skill set that he's applied professionally. These hobbies have sharpened his analytical thinking, strategic planning, risk management, and resilience, enhancing his innovative thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in the workplace.

Paula Suliga
Validation and Compliance Specialist
Paula is a curious and open-minded scientist, determined to achieve compliance objectives and provide a best-in-class customer experience. She has professional experience in both the Life Sciences and Information Technology fields, blending expertise from both domains to drive innovative solutions.
Her passion for running fuels her determination, resilience, and goal-oriented approach.

Etienne Terrier
Senior Business Analyst
Etienne is recognized for his problem-solving skills, keen analytical mind, and strong affinity for working with data. He has several years of experience in the deployment and operation of IT systems, particularly in the financial and banking sectors. This experience is complemented by strong technical skills, notably in project management, business intelligence, and data management.
Etienne's passion for data aligns seamlessly with his love for long-distance running, from which he derives immense satisfaction by optimizing every facet of the races that he competes in.

Mai Khanh Nguyen
Configuration Analyst
Mai is a Configuration Analyst in the Technical Services department, recognized for her adaptability, rapid learning, and client-focused approach. With several years of experience working in the Employee and Family Assistance Programs (EFAP) industry, she successfully wore multiple hats across projects and teams, contributing to both technical and business-focused initiatives. Her ability to adapt to evolving needs and environments has been a key strength throughout her career.
With an analytical, detail-oriented approach, she has contributed to implementation projects involving data migration and validation for DB Pension systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability.
Known for being a good listener, she values collaboration and is motivated by helping clients succeed through practical, well-aligned solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors on walks with her rescue dog, attending live music events such as musicals and concerts, and exploring a variety of arts and crafts projects — from art journaling and painting to knitting — reflecting her creativity, patience, and attention to detail.

Yesmine Ayadi
Marketing and Business Development Coordinator
Yesmine is a detail-oriented and passionate professional dedicated to building long-term, meaningful relationships with partners and clients. With several years of experience in customer relationship management across diverse industries and a strong academic background in marketing, she brings both strategic insight and creative execution to every initiative. She thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity, ensuring that marketing and business development efforts align with business objectives.
Driven by her enthusiasm for marketing and collaboration, Yesmine supports InnovX’s mission by working on marketing initiatives and cultivating partnerships grounded in trust, innovation, and shared success.
Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, watching series, and has a deep love for animals, actively supporting animal shelters.

Cyrine Kallel
Implementation Consultant
Cyrine is an Implementation Consultant within the Technical Services team at InnovX. She has gained experience working on implementation and data-related projects in manufacturing and pharmaceutical environments, developing a solid understanding of systems and data quality that support reliable and sustainable implementations. With a background in business and IT engineering, she approaches her work with structure and a practical mindset.
Open-minded and driven by creativity, Cyrine has a strong interest in innovation, particularly where technology and industry intersect. Having lived in several countries, she values perspective and adaptability. Outside of work, she enjoys music, practices yoga, and is actively involved in Latin social dance, which she values for its sense of connection and rhythm.
