PRIVACY POLICY

InnovX Solutions Inc. understands the importance of protecting Personal Information. For this reason, InnovX Solutions Inc. strives to put in place procedures and security measures to protect the Personal Information in its custody.


APPLICATION AND SCOPE
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information as in effect at InnovX Solutions Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “InnovX“) and may be modified from time to time.


This Policy also governs Personal Information collected about users of InnovX’s website and explains how InnovX uses and discloses Personal Information collected about individuals who visit InnovX’s website or otherwise interact with InnovX at www.innovx.org (the “Website”). It also explains how InnovX uses cookies and similar technologies.
“Personal Information” means any information about an identifiable individual. This may include, for example, email addresses and contact information and any similar information provided to InnovX in the course of its business activities or received by InnovX through business inquiries. Such information is not considered Personal Information when it is aggregated and cannot be associated with an identifiable individual.

InnovX complies with: (i) data protection laws applicable to InnovX; and (ii) industry standards relating to the protection, confidentiality, and security of information. InnovX conducts global business. Therefore, in some cases, information managed by InnovX may be transferred, processed, and stored in other countries. That said, InnovX always ensures that Personal Information is protected by security and confidentiality procedures and by protective measures that are equivalent, at a minimum, to those used by InnovX itself.


InnovX complies with this Policy as well as with private sector data protection laws, including the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) , Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and substantially similar provincial laws that relate to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information.
 

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
You provide us with Personal Information such as your name and contact information (email, address and telephone number), your job search criteria and preferences, your professional experience, your education, your skills, your reference information as well as any other information contained in your curriculum vitae. We may also collect information that is publicly available or provided by third parties. For example, we may collect certain information that is posted on social media sites, blogs and other websites.


During your visit to the Website, we may place a “cookie” on your computer. A “cookie” is a small block of data sent to your browser by a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. The cookie does not allow us to identify you personally. In general, it allows us to record information relating to the navigation of your computer on our site (the pages you have consulted, the date and time of the consultation, etc.) that we can read during your subsequent visits.
When you first connect to our website, you have the option of accepting or refusing the deposit of “cookies” on your computer. When you have accepted the said “cookies”, you can oppose their registration at any time by configuring your browser.

The Website is designed for use by adults only. InnovX does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 1 4. People under the age of 14 should not use the Website or provide Personal Information on it.


ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
InnovX ensures that the Personal Information it collects is as accurate, complete and up to date as necessary for the purposes for which it is used. You have the right to request access to the Personal Information we have collected about you and to correct it if necessary. You may send such a request or any question or complaint regarding this policy or InnovX’s practices with respect to the protection of Personal Information in writing to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@innovx.org. If you have consented to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information as set forth herein, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@innovx.org.


PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We have adopted appropriate measures to preserve the confidentiality of Personal Information and to protect it against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, communication, reproduction, use or modification, taking into account, in particular, their sensitivity and the purposes for which they are used.


As such, InnovX has implemented technical, organizational, and administrative procedures, policies and systems to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of Personal Information and to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to Personal Information or unauthorized use thereof.
