10 Webinars Worth Considering Through the End of 2026

Not every professional development opportunity requires travel. Between now and the end of 2026, there are several webinars covering regulatory affairs, quality management, digital transformation, and AI in GxP environments, all accessible from your desk.

In our September blog, we published a list of the in-person conferences and summits worth your team's travel budget. This blog complements that list with shorter sessions you can join without leaving your desk. Most are free, a few carry a small fee for non-members of the hosting association, but all are just as relevant for staying current on the regulatory and technology trends shaping the life sciences industry.

Below are 10 webinars, presented in chronological order, that we selected for you to strengthen your knowledge before year end.

1) Webinar by ISPE, sponsored by ABM - Scaling Success: Integrated GMP Operations for Life Sciences Facilities

As life sciences organizations expand U.S. manufacturing and research capacity, fragmented service models and disconnected systems can create inconsistent standards and greater operational risk. This session explores how a unified operating model, standardized processes, and connected digital platforms strengthen execution across cleanrooms, laboratories, and multi-site portfolios.

Date: October 7, 2026, 11 a.m. to noon ET  Location: Virtual  Fee: Free  Register: https://ispe.org/webinars/scaling-success-integrated-gmp-operations-life-sciences-facilities

2) Webinar by DIA Global, Weave and Parexel - Augmentation, Not Automation: How to Get the Best of All Worlds With People + AI

As AI tools move into regulatory work faster than most teams can evaluate them, authoring bottlenecks and tight health authority deadlines keep piling pressure on without any room to lower the quality bar. Weave and Parexel unpack where AI genuinely speeds up regulatory work, where human regulatory judgment still has to lead, and how the two work best together, drawing on real deployment experience and concrete examples rather than theory.

Date: October 8, 2026, 1 to 2 p.m. ET   Location: Virtual  Fee: Free

3) Webinar by Xtalks, sponsored by Fortrea - The Practical Reality of AI in Clinical Development: Governing AI for Trust, Impact and Operational Readiness

As AI moves from experimentation to practical use across clinical development, this session focuses on what it actually takes to govern it responsibly, covering the data foundations, cross-functional collaboration, change management, and oversight structures that let teams adopt AI with confidence while meeting regulatory expectations.

Date: October 13, 2026, 11 to noon ET

Location: Virtual

Fee: Free

4) Webinar by RAPS Quebec LNG, InnovX and EXTEDO, a cormeo brand: RIM -The Data Foundation Your Compliance Strategy Depends On

InnovX co-presents this webinar, organized by RAPS Quebec Local Networking Group, with EXTEDO, a cormeo brand. The webinar is on Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems, covering what RIM is, the risks of fragmented regulatory data, and how to build toward a connected regulatory operations environment.

Date: October 14, 2026, 11 a.m. to noon ET  Location: Virtual  Fee: Free for RAPS members; $10 for non-members (currency to be confirmed)  Register: https://www.raps.org/learn-develop/events/quebec-local-networking-group-virtual-event-rim-the-data-foundation-your-compliance-strategy-depends-on.html

5) Webinar by BIOQUÉBEC, InnovX, Leaseweb Canada and Vigilance Santé: Attaining Data Sovereignty in Canada

InnovX joins Leaseweb Canada and Vigilance Santé in a webinar organized by BIOQUÉBEC, on a practical, regulator aligned roadmap to achieve true data sovereignty for life sciences organizations in Canada.

6) Webinar by ISPE, sponsored by Synergis Software: The Benefits of a Connected Digital Ecosystem in Pharma

Engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise software rarely talk to each other well in most pharma organizations, and that gap between systems is where manual errors, duplicated work, and compliance blind spots tend to creep in. This session looks at a tool built to link up disparate platforms, EDMS, ERP, CMMS/EAM, MES, SCADA, LIMS, into one coordinated information flow, and what that kind of connectivity actually buys an organization heading toward Pharma 4.0 and AI-driven operations.

Date: October 22, 2026, 1 to 2 p.m. ET  Location: Virtual  Fee: Free  Register: https://ispe.org/webinars/benefits-connected-digital-ecosystem-pharma

7) Webinar by RAPS Western Canada Chapter: Health Canada's Medical Device Single Audit Program (MDSAP) Updates 2026

Presented by Fred Hamelin, Manager of the Quality Systems Section at Health Canada's Medical Devices Directorate, this webinar covers key MDSAP topics for 2026, including remote and hybrid audits, common audit findings, and oversight of auditing organizations, with a live Q&A.

Date: October 22, 2026, 12 to 1 p.m. PT (3 to 4 p.m ET)  Location: Virtual  Fee: Free for RAPS members; $25 for non-members (currency to be confirmed)  Register: https://www.raps.org/learn-develop/events/western-canada-chapter-virtual-event-health-canada-s-medical-device-single-audit-program-mdsap-updates-2026.html

8) Webinar by Xtalks, in partnership with Deloitte: Improve Pharmacovigilance Quality with AI-Enabled Case Intake

As adverse event and product quality data pours in through emails, lab reports, patient portals, helpline calls and more, pharmacovigilance teams are increasingly blending automation with manual review to keep pace. This session looks at how AI-enabled case intake can help teams manage that growing volume while preserving the human oversight regulators expect, covering embedded quality checks, auditability and traceability, with a live demonstration of the approach in practice.

Date: October 28, 2026, 1 to 2 p.m. ET   Location: Virtual  Fee: Free  Register: https://xtalks.com/webinars/improve-pharmacovigilance-quality-with-ai-enabled-case-intake/

9) Webinar by DIA Global and Authenticx: From Conversation to Compliance, AI for Pharmacovigilance Safety Events

Safety event reporting has many points where a detail can slip, from the moment a patient mentions something on a call to the point a completed case reaches a regulator. This session looks at where those gaps tend to occur and how AI built for healthcare conversations can detect safety events, adverse events, and product quality complaints directly from voice and chat interactions, extracting structured data for review while keeping pharmacovigilance and compliance teams in full control of qualification and sign-off.

Date: November 11, 2026, 12 to 12:45 p.m. ET  Location: Virtual  Fee: Free  Register: https://connect.diaglobal.org/26002-authenticx

With system changes now more frequent than ever, testing approaches must stay effective across the lifecycle to maintain a validated state. This webinar explores updates in the third edition of GAMP's Testing GxP Systems Guide, reflecting Computer Software Assurance approaches and a shift away from formal scripted testing.

Date: December 8, 2026, 10 to 11 a.m. ET  Location: Virtual  Fee: Free  Register: https://ispe.org/webinars/better-testing-better-systems-third-edition-gamps-testing-gxp-systems-guide
